Sam has been very accountable and responsive in answering my enquiries professionally related to Philip 9200 & 5100K and other free gift e.g Door viewer, Zeus mailbox lock, Slide arm.

Sam and Zaha have also realized my solution by installing existing door closer mechanism and slide arm outside of my main door, allowing the door to open fully without hitting my featured casement door behind. (First unit to install this way in my estate). My purchase was very pleasant and satisfactory.
